New Classroom Partition Walls & Doors
This project involved a strip-out and replacement of the classroom’s modular partition walls and doors. The new installations feature sliding vision panels, enhancing both natural daylight and air circulation.
Toilet Refurbishment
This project included a full strip-out and demolition, followed by the installation of underground drainage, new flooring, ceilings, and heating and electrical system. It also featured new extract ventilation, doors, and IPS cubicles, as well as painting and re-decorating.

Classroom Work Areas Refurbishment

This project focused on the refurbishment of classroom work areas, which included the installation of new kitchenettes featuring wall and base units, worktops, sinks, and hot and cold water services. We also incorporated electrical installations, non-slip flooring, and redecoration to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of the spaces.
Classroom Extension
This project encompassed a comprehensive scope of work, including full excavation, modifications to underground drainage, and the installation of new foundations. We constructed external walls, a concrete slab, and structural steel work, followed by roof construction and thermal insulation. Additionally, we installed rainwater systems, windows, internal and external doors, flooring, air conditioning, heating, electrical systems, and lighting. We also implemented natural ventilation, suspended ceilings, and completed the classroom fit-out and decoration, all in alignment with the design from Architectural and Structural teams. Throughout the project, we coordinated and programmed our efforts to meet the requirements of the local planning officer and the client.
